2. Will the mounting holes be visible after installing this surface mount panel light?

No. We use a mounting backplate mount with no mounting holes in the surface.

3. How can I adjust the color temperature of a panel light?

You can choose your preferred color temperature—3000K, 4000K, or 5000K—using a switch located on the silver box at the back of the light.

4. What causes the panel light to flicker or buzz during operation?

The problem may arise from dimmer incompatibility or wiring issues. If you have confirmed that a recommended dimmer is in use and the wiring is correct, please contact us for further assistance.

5. What do I do with a damaged panel light I receive?

Please contact customer service in time, we will return the panel light for you as soon as possible.
