All orders ship via FedEx UPS or USPS. Not accept ship via P.O. Box.
Duty-free for the contiguous United States. Orders shipped to Canada or other locations outside of the U.S. may be subject to duty and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Express and Overnight Delivery orders placed after 10:00 a.m. CST will be shipped the next business day. Express and Overnight orders are delivered Monday through Friday; Saturdays and Sundays are not considered service days for Express and Overnight delivery. Shipping time for each order is approximately 3-5 business days.
Please do not refuse to accept delivery of any goods. Refusal will result in additional charges to the customer. If the customer changes the shipping destination after the original order has been placed, forwarding charges will be recharged.
All goods must be thoroughly inspected by the customer after receiving the goods from the courier company. Make sure that each shipment is received in the quantity ordered. Any shortages, damages, or suspected damages must be photographed and written on the courier slip and submitted to the courier. Although ComiLED is no longer responsible for loss and damage after the carrier has accepted the shipment for transportation, we will be happy to assist you in notifying or filing a freight claim and replacing or repairing damaged or missing materials.
