Our Returns Policy

Allow consumers to cancel their orders earlier than the shipment time and within the time specified on the website.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on unused and uninstalled merchandise in the original packaging within 30 days of purchase.

How ComiLED’s return shipping policy works

1. Our policy covers the cost of 1 return label per order. Customer is responsible for the cost of additional return labels for additional boxes.
2. For orders shipped via pallet, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Our return shipping policy allows us to offer our customers amazing prices. If you need help identifying the right product for your needs, you're always welcome to contact our expert Customer Service Team.

4. Once we receive your returned item, we will process your return within 3-5 business days according to our policy. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
