2. How to deal with panel light frame damage?

Please contact customer service promptly for a refund or exchange.

3. Why do bright spots appear on the surface of the panel light?

This is due to the light guide plate being crushed during transportation, please contact customer service in time to replace the new panel light.

4. How do I change the color temperature of a panel light?

A switch on the silver box at the back of the light allows you to select your preferred color temperature from 3000K, 4000K, or 5000K.

5. Why does the panel light flicker or buzz during use?

The issue could stem from dimmer incompatibility or wiring faults. If you've verified that a recommended dimmer is being used and there are no wiring issues, please get in touch with us for further assistance.
