Our Returns Policy

Allow consumers to cancel their orders earlier than the shipment time and within the time specified on the website.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on unused and uninstalled merchandise in the original packaging within 30 days of purchase.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.Additionally, we support order cancellation within 24 hours after purchase. The merchant will process orders within 24 hours after the consumer places an order.

Shipping Policy

  1. Our policy covers the cost of 1 return label per order. Customer is responsible for the cost of additional return labels for additional boxes.
  2. For orders shipped via pallet, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
