1. Which type of dimmer is it compatible with?

This panel light is compatible with triac dimmers. Recommended models include Lutron (DVCL-153P, MACL-153P, DVELV-300P, SCL-153P, PD-6WCL, CTCL-153P, TGCL-153P) and Leviton (IPL06, S-600P, 6674, TSL06, D26HD, DSL06, HS220, DS01C, GG72, DSL06-1C2)

2. Can I install these lights in a commercial space?

Yes. It works with 100-227V.

3. Are there mounting holes in the surface?

Mounted using a mounting backplate with no surface mounting holes.

4. Can I install these lights in a wet area? (such as a bathroom)

This panel light is not waterproof and is not recommended to be installed in wet places.

5. Why does the panel light appear to flicker or buzz after installation?

This issue might be caused by dimmer incompatibility or wiring errors. If you're using a recommended dimmer and have ruled out wiring issues, please contact us immediately for assistance.
